Method 1

    Click Start Button
    Click to Run
    Open command prompt (By typing cmd in run)
    And type this  Just replace [drive letter] with the drive letter u want.

                      del /a:rhs [drive letter]: Autorun.inf

  

  3.Restart the computer.

Method 2

    Open your system in Safe Mode,and connect pen drive you want to clean.
    Type

                       attrib -a -s -h -r Autorun.inf

    3. Then type

                        del Autorun.inf

    Close all windows explorer and open cmd.
    Type the following code in cmd.

                               F:                         F:attrib -s -r -h *.*               

    Note :The  F can be changed according to drive you needed,If there are any malicious EXE files those are now visible so if unnecessary delete them too.
